Return & Refund Policy
Most items at SoftDecline are made to order, which means we don’t accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
If approved, we’ll issue a replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on the situation.
Sizing Issues
We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page, and on our Apparel Sizing page. Please check these carefully before ordering, as we cannot offer returns or exchanges for fit-related issues.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly. We’re unable to make changes or cancel orders after production has started.
