Most items are made to order, with processing times of 2–5 business days.

Not always. We work with multiple trusted print providers, so items may ship separately depending on what you ordered (for example, a mug and a t-shirt might come in different packages).

We offer flat rate shipping of $4.95 on all USA orders.
Orders over $100 ship free.
We currently only ship within the USA.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Once an order is in production, we can’t make changes or cancellations.
If you just placed your order and need to make an update, email us immediately at info@4merch — if it hasn’t gone into production, we’ll do our best to help.
